- Strong in Labor law, industrial relation is a must.
- Good interpersonal skills and have “helicopter view”
- good pace, sharp and calm
- 4 years experiences as HR spv, or 2 years as Manager
- actively in HR community
- Age between 30-40 years.
- hold bachelor degree from reputable university.
